There are several possible reasons you have not received the email.

1.Check your junk or spam folder to see if the email has ended up there. If not, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may have blocked delivery of the email to your inbox. You can check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

2.If you have signed up using a corporate email address, it is possible your company has a corporate firewall with aggressive spam filters that are stopping our emails from getting through. Ask your IT administrator if emails from @aztectechnologies.in addresses are triggering the spam filters.

3.You could have typed the wrong email address.

EPP Code (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) (also referred to as an Auth Code, Domain Authorization Code, Domain’s secret,transfer key,transfer secret,EPP authentication code, or EPP authorization code) .The authorization code is unique for each domain name and is assigned by the registrar at the time the domain name is registered. It is needed when you would like to transfer domain from one registrar to another.

After you have placed the Transfer Order, the Administrative Contact for the domain name will receive an e-mail for the Transfer Authorization process, which needs to be approved within 5 days.

Once the mail has been approved by the Administrative Contact, the Current Registrar will be notified regarding the transfer.

The Current Registrar will send an e-mail to the Registrant and/or the Administrative Contact of the concerned domain name to confirm that they wish to Transfer their domain name. If the Transfer is not denied by either the Registrant or the Administrative Contact or the Current Registrar, the domain name will be Transferred to you in the next 5 days.
